Meet the owner

Nicole LaBelle

Nicole LaBelle is the owner and restorer of this home turned bed and breakfast. You'll have to ask her story of what it took to turn this place around from a foreclosed house to a renown bed and breakfast!

"I have restored this historic Victorian home to create a place that connects people from around the world to inspire a love for life.

I am also an artist, so every room has hand painted walls, artwork or a mural. I'm a very active person. I love to run along the beach, hike, mountain bike, horseback riding, camping, but most of all I love to travel and meet new people, especially people from different countries and cultures. I've traveled most of the USA and have been to England, Germany, Italy and Austria.

The design of the bed and breakfast was inspired by my travels."

About the property

The Bella Mia

Featured in the 2015 Historic Home Tour, 203 E. Savidge St. was built in 1898. The original owners and builders of this house are unknown, but rumors have it that whoever it was, their presence still lingers around the house.

Original features in the house include the windows, full arches, cast iron floor vents, high ceilings, heavy moldings, and lath and plaster walls. It is a combination of two styles of architecture; both Vernacular and Victorian.

Enjoy the front porch swing, the warm out door hot tub, or a glass of wine on the garden terrace. A part of your getaway experience will be right where you're staying.

A true getaway experience.
